Courtney Stodden Turns Down Porn Offer?

I never thought I would say this but Courtney Stodden actually has gained a little bit of my respect. The controversial 18-year-old has reportedly turned down a multimillion dollar porn offer.

E! News reports that the teen turned down one porn offer that could have potentially made her up to $5 million.  Courtney’s mom/manager says that an adult film site approached her daughter and asked if she would be interested in doing a couple of solo scenes. They went for the solo scenes out of respect for her husband Doug Hutchison.

However, like we stated above, the 18-year-old turned down the offer, saying, “It is not the direction I am interested in taking in my life.”

She also talked with E! News about Farrah Abraham’s decision to do porn,

“Success means different things to different people. Everybody has the right to live their lives the way they want to live them.”

Good for her, I guess? I mean, the way she has carried herself out in public hasn’t really helped her image. I’m sure most people thought porn would be a sure thing for her, so I don’t think it would have hurt her image in any way. But, maybe she does have some respect for herself after all? Maybe there is indeed a line that she will not cross.
