Sean Kingston Lawsuit Over Alleged Gang Rape

According to a new lawsuit, Sean Kingston and his bodyguard gang raped a 19-year-old girl in Kingston’s hotel room back in 2010.

Carissa Capeloto who is now 22-years-old claims that she was forced to have sex with the 23-year-old singer, his bodyguard and a member of the band. The woman claims she was “obviously incapable of consent” because she had just smoked pot and had 10 shots of vodka.

The incident happened after a Justin Bieber concert. Kingston had a small performance during the show and then allegedly invited the girl back to his hotel room for a meet-and-greet. However, she claims that when she entered the hotel room, a naked Kingston was waiting for her on his bed.

Capeloto says that his bodyguard picked her up and placed her right on top of Kingston, and then she claims she was gang raped by all three men in the room.

The police were actually called after the incident and she claims that she went to the hospital where she was treated for injuries that were consistent with rape. The woman is asking for at least $5 million, claiming her life has never been the same since the incident.

It should be noted that the criminal charges against Kingston were dropped back in 2010. Officers working the case determined that Capeloto was not credible enough for a solid case. The trial is scheduled to start in November.

I’m just going to take a wild guess here and say that she does not win this lawsuit. 10 shots of vodka? I mean, how is she even positive that it was Kingston she was having sex with? It could have just been some other random fat guy.

She’s probably just embarrassed that she actually had sex with Sean Kingston.
