Flight Attendant Suing Jay Leno Over Bestiality Joke

When we heard that Jay Leno was getting sued, we immediately thought that his chin had finally hit and killed someone. Thankfully that wasn’t the case with this lawsuit.

A flight attendant named Louann Giambattista is suing the late-night talk show after jokes were made about her on his show. Back in July, Louann was accused of hiding rats in her underwear and the story went viral.

Well, Jay Leno and his crew heard about the story and had a little fun with it in a segment called, “Woulda, Coulda, Shoulda.”

The segment features three unfunny comedians who are in desperate need of work. And one of the comedians cracked the following joke about the story, “If I were one of those rats, I would be really upset. I prefer not to sit in cooch.”

Not a bad joke, especially when you consider it was told on Jay Leno’s show. However, the joke didn’t sit that well with Giambattista or her husband. The 55-year-old claims that the joke has ruined her sex life and she calls the jokes, “sickening, outrageous and disgusting.”

According to the documents, her poor husband “now suffers from severe sexual dysfunction and inability to perform sexually.” The documents also claim that every time Giambattista’s husband looks at her, he pictures Jay Leno and “the heinous segment depicting her as a sexual deviant.”

Come on now. I’m certainly not a fan of Jay Leno but this sh-t is just ridiculous. She’s 55-years-old and married, I think it’s safe to say she wasn’t having much sex before this event took place.
