ABC Cancels final 3 Episodes of Scandal. Sorry Ladies.
What! Did I say less episodes of Scandal??
Sorry ladies, but according to Deadline, ABC has reduced it’s order of 22 episodes down to 18. Rumor has it that this is due to Washington’s rumored pregnancy, although the network gave no official explanation. There are no plans to write the pregnancy into the show and there are no plans to temporarily write Washington out.
Kerry has been extremely private about her personal life, surprising fans when she married husband Nnamdi Asomugha back in June of this year. With a “guess”timated spring due date, those final four episodes would be nearly impossible to hide her baby bump. [more…]
However, have no fear as the show has been doing better then ever. The piggy-back from Grey’s has been working like a charm and it’s now the fastest growing returning show this television season, so it’s not going anywhere.

In case you weren’t aware, this year’s break will also be slightly longer then lasts. ABC will be doing it’s routine Fall finale next week and then the show will not return to February 27th. DAMN!
