Evelyn Lozada and Boston Red Sox Outfielder Carl Crawford Engaged and Pregnant!

Wendy Williams was the first one to give everyone a heads up after we learned that Evelyn was 6 months preggers. Everyone was wondering who in the world would knock up the 38 year old gold digger just months after being married and divorced by Chad Ochocinco (who she met on twitter).  Wendy mention Crawford’s name (and net worth) but nothing was ever confirmed….until now.

To get a good idea on just how quickly Evelyn works let’s do a little timeline recap shall we?

• Aug. 11, 2012 – The Head butt heard around the world.  Evelyn left Chad on this day after she received a violent head butt from Ochocinco.
• Sept 19, 2012 – Evelyn and Chad’s divorced is finalized.
• June 2013 – She trades pro sport leagues from NFL to MLB and gets preggers by Carl Crawford

As far as business is concerned, Lozada is just as good as any hedge fund manager.  Ochocinco’s networth is only $5 million while Crawford’s is a whopping $45 million.  Even better, Crawford is in his third year of a 142 million /7 year contract, or just over 20 million a year.

To show the world just how serious Crawford is about Evelyn he blessed her with a $1.4 million engagement ring.  The perfect time Evelyn thought to make the announcement of their relationship which she did via instagram.  She posted this pic of her ring with the caption, “Yes”.

I have to believe that Evelyn’s got the good stuff.  Crawford is only 32 years old and Lozada is 38 with a 20 year old daughter.  At age 32 and with that much bank I’m not sure why Crawford decided to age up instead of down, but as celebrity relationships go we know there are no rules.  Let’s hope Crawford’s people are smart enough to make sure his pre-nup is iron clad.  He will have a prenup right.  Right?
