Megan Thee Stallion’s Former Bodyguard Has Gone Missing Before Scheduled Appearance At Tory Lanez Trial
This Tory Lanez trial is just getting weirder and weirder. You’ll remember last week, Megan Thee Stallion’s former friend, Kelsey Harris, made everything more complicated by refusing to answer any questions. Even though she’s on tape admitting Tory shot Megan, she would not say those exact words in court.
Instead, it almost seemed like the defense was able to suggest that she was the one who shot Megan due to some sort of bizarre love triangle involving Lanez. Some people have suggested she’s being paid off by Lanez, which would not at all be surprising.
Anyway, now the latest drama involves Megan’s former bodyguard, Justin Edison. He is a key witness for Megan, but sources say he has a “vanished” ahead of his scheduled appearance in court.
Megan’s attorney, Alex Spiro, told TMZ the following:
We recently learned that Justin Edison went missing right before he was scheduled to appear in court. LAPD is currently looking into his disappearance.
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the police department claims a missing person’s case has not been opened yet. Sources say Edison’s lawyer hasn’t heard from his client since Thursday.
We’ll see if he shows up. As mentioned above, he’s a solid witness for Megan. He wasn’t present for the shooting, but he did receive a text from Harris that read, “Help. Tory shot Meg. 911.”
I mean, all the initial evidence from that night seems to suggest Tory shot Megan. I know the male dominated rap industry has convinced a large portion of the internet he hasn’t, but uh… there were only like three people in that car, right? Someone shot her, and I’m willing to bet she didn’t shoot herself.
Tory has pleaded not guilty to all charges. If he’s convicted, he could face up to 22 years in prison.
