‘The Bear’ Star Jeremy Allen White Must Be Tested Daily For Alcohol While Taking Care Of His Kids
You’ll remember earlier this year Jeremy Allen White and his wife, Addison Timlin, shocked their fans by filing for a divorce. There weren’t any obvious signs of trouble between them, so everyone was a little confused.
Well, now, it looks like we may have some answers as to what went wrong, and they’re all pointing to White having a drinking problem.
According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, the 32-year-old ‘Bear’ actor was forced to agree to alcohol testing as part of a custody agreement. For those who don’t know, Jeremy and Addison share two daughters together.
Jeremy will be tested for booze up to five times a week when he has custody of their two daughters … Ezerand Dolores …and if he’s found to be drinking, he loses custody ASAP. If Jeremy has a positive test for alcohol, he gets to retest again 15 minutes later to make sure the test is accurate.
In addition to the daily alcohol testing, he also has to attend at least one AA meeting a week, plus other therapy. It certainly sounds like he has a pretty major drinking problem.
But we’re happy to hear he’s trying his best to work through it. You have to imagine if it weren’t for his kids, he might be in a much darker place.
Addison and Jeremy were high school sweethearts and had been married for a little over three years before agreeing to a divorce.
Jeremy has already moved on. He was caught making out with model Ashley Moore back in August.
