Cara Delevingne’s Los Angeles Mansion Catches Fire, Results In Massive Blaze Needing Over 90 Firefighters
Back in 2021, actress/model Cara Delevingne showed off her magnificent mansion in Architectural Digest. She showed off the massive property, which featured 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and over 8,000 sq. ft.
The home was originally built in 1941 for the founder of Vons supermarket chain, and has since housed a lot of stars, most recently Cara.
Sadly, the property took a major hit early Friday morning. Firefighters responded to the home after it caught on fire in the dead of night.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … a 911 call for a fire first came in around 3:57 AM PST, and when the fire crews showed up, we’re told they came to realize that a backroom of some sort on the property caught on fire — although it’s unclear what the cause is for now.
The fire quickly spread throughout the entire house. Part of the roof even collapsed. It took 94 firefighters two hours to put out the fire, and we’re hearing there were some injuries, including a firefighter who fell off a ladder.
Cara was not home at the time. She’s currently in London performing at the Playhouse Theatre. We’re not sure who was home at the time, but we do know one person inside was treated for smoke inhalation.
TMZ obtained video of the aftermath, and as you can see, the home has suffered extensive damage.
Sad to see, but amazing no one suffered any life-threatening injuries.
