The Rock Goes On Fox News And Says He Will Not Be Endorsing Joe Biden
Four years ago, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson endorsed Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, but don’t expect him to do the same during the upcoming election.
The 51-year-old wrestler/actor went on Fox News and straight up said he’s not happy with the state of the country right now, but he does believe it’ll get better in the future.
He also addressed the endorsement he gave Biden years ago…
The endorsement that I made years ago with Biden was one I thought was the best decision for me at that time. And I thought back then when we talk about I’m in this position where I have some influence, and it’s my job then, I felt like that then, it’s my job now to exercise my influence and share. This is who I’m gonna endorse. Am I gonna do that again this year? The answer is no.
This doesn’t mean he’s going to vote for Donald Trump. It simply means he’s keeping his cards close to his massive chest. Although, him doing this interview on Fox News is interesting. It would suggest he’s leaning toward the right.
The Rock believes his endorsement only led to division, which is not something he wants to take part in…
What I realized, and I didn’t realize it back then, what that caused back then was something that tears me up in my guts, back then, and now, which is division. And that got me.
Of course, he said all of this with his tequila brand being heavily promoted on the table. The dude doesn’t do anything for free. That’s for sure.
