Travis Kelce’s Teammate Harrison Butker Sparks Outrage After Quoting Taylor Swift In Sexist/Anti-LGBTQ Rant
You’ve probably never heard the name Harrison Butker before, most likely because he has the least important position in the NFL: the kicker.
Butker was recently invited to give a commencement speech at Benedictine College, a private Catholic university with an acceptance rate near 100%, so you know, it’s filled with the brightest minds in the world.
Anyway, during his speech, he hated on Pride Month, spoke against abortion, COVID-19, President Biden, and told the women in the crowd that their place is inside the home.
Things like abortion, IVF, surrogacy, euthanasia as well as a growing support for degenerate cultural values and media all stem from the pervasiveness of disorder. Pride Month is an example of the deadly sins.
He also said a woman’s most important title is “homemaker” and then quoted Taylor Swift after urging men to be more masculine.
Some of you may go on to lead successful careers in the world, but I would venture to guess that the majority of you are most excited about your marriage and the children you will bring into this world. Men, be unapologetic in your masculinity and fight against the cultural emasculation of men. As my teammate’s girlfriend says, ‘Familiarity breeds contempt.’
Yikes. We can’t imagine Travis Kelce is happy about that, or T-Swift for that matter. We don’t know Kelce’s political views, but we know Swift has been leaning more liberal in recent years, so we can’t imagine she likes being included in this weird speech.
Butker better watch himself. He needs to remember his role as a kicker. He should only speak when spoken to. Or in terms where he might understand: think of yourself as a the wife of the Kansas City Chiefs.
