Cassie Breaks Silence Following The Leaked Footage Of Diddy’s Physical Abuse

Last week, leaked footage from a hotel security camera was released. In the video, you can see Diddy chasing Cassie down a hallway and punching her to the ground. He then kicks her while she’s on the ground and drags her back to the hotel room.

This incident happened back in 2016, and apparently, Diddy paid the hotel staff $50,000 for the footage. We’re not sure who released it last week, but it’s possible the FBI found it during their raid.

In any event, the video was hard for everyone to watch, but it was probably hardest for Cassie herself. She went on her Instagram on Thursday (May 23) to address all the love and support she has received.

Thank you for all the love and support from my family, friends, strangers and those I have yet to meet. The outpouring of love has created a place for my younger self to settle and feel safe now, but this is only the beginning. Domestic violence is THE issue. It broke me down to someone I never thought I would become. It takes a lot of heart to tell the truth out of a situation that you were powerless in. I offer my hand to those that are still living in fear. Reach out to your people, don’t cut them off. No one should carry this weight alone.

You’ll remember, Cassie got all these allegations against Diddy started by filing a lawsuit against him last year. Diddy wanted no part of a trial, so he settled with her outside of court. She likely got millions.

These days, Cassie is married to personal trainer Alex Fine. They got married in 2019 and have two daughters together. Insiders say their family unit is strong.
