’Love & Hip Hop’ Star Lil’ Scrappy Arrested

Lil’ Scrappy got in a lil’ trouble at a gas station in Georgia yesterday. According to local law enforcement who talked with TMZ, the ‘Love & Hip Hop’ star was arrested the other day at a gas station after fighting with a dude who was disrespecting his girlfriend.

Cops say they received a 911 call about a fight going on inside the Georgia gas station at around 2 in the morning. Luckily, there was an off-duty police officer already at the gas station and he allegedly broke up the fight before police arrived.

When officers made it to the scene, they arrested both Mr. Scrappy and the guy he was fighting with. Sources claim Scrappy was very friendly to officers, and he was apparently released from custody just a short time after the incident.

TMZ spoke with the man himself and he claims that the other dude was the one who started the whole thing,

“He was calling my girlfriend names and then put his hands on me … so I had to lay them paws on him.”

His lawyer claims that the gas station had video cameras all around, and that the tape will prove Scrappy’s innocence.

The best part about all of this? The dude who allegedly started the fight goes by the name, “Kenny Rogers.” Which just paints a hilarious picture in my head of Lil’ Scrappy beating on some pervy old white dude.

Obviously, it wasn’t THE Kenny Rogers at the gas station, but damn it would have been so great if it was.
