But now the internet is trying to spread the rumor that Joe and Taylor weren’t just close to getting married… THEY WERE MARRIED.

The celebrity gossip Instagram account Deuxmoi claimed this week that back in 2020 or 2021, Joe and Swift had a small and secret wedding ceremony.

She DID have a ceremony in 2020 or 2021 in the UK and it was described to me as a ‘marriage’ by more than one person. It was NEVER made legal. I have no reason to lie, I could give a s–t what she does!!!!! I’m sorry she didn’t tell you guys about it in a song but just because she doesn’t sing about something doesn’t mean it didn’t happen!!!

The owner of the Instagram account said she would “die on this hill,” so she seems pretty confident in her sources.

But according to Swift’s publicist, Tree Paine, the allegations are insane and Deuxmoi should be held responsible for spreading such false rumors.
