Erykah Badu Attempts To Start Beef With Beyonce Again, But It’s Not Working!
53-year-old artist Erykah Badu has a problem with Beyonce. In fact, she has for a long time. Badu has accused Beyonce of copying her style multiple times in the past, including just this week.
You see, Beyonce just unveiled the limited edition vinyl cover for her eighth studio album, Act II: Cowboy Carter. On the cover, she’s posing in the nude with long beaded braids.

Badu had a problem with this because apparently she owns the beaded braids look? She reposted the cover on her Instagram Story and wrote, “Hmmm.”
And then she went on Twitter to call for Jay Z’s help…

Obviously there’s a tinge of lightheartedness, but there’s also some other things, including envy. If Beyonce wasn’t Queen, Badu wouldn’t be giving her free publicity.
Beyonce has not responded to Badu, but her publicist Yvette Noel-Schure shared a video montage on Instagram of the singer rocking braided hairstyles throughout the years…
