Oscar De La Hoya Coke Binge Photos Coming Soon?

Pictures of Oscar De La Hoya on an apparent coke binge are being shopped around to the media today.

According to TMZ, the photos are fairly graphic and they show the former boxing champ using a rolled bill to snort up lines of a “white substance” off a small plate on a table. There is also another picture of Oscar leaning back away from the table with a “grimace” on his face.

As you all know, De La Hoya surprisingly checked into rehab 4 days before the Mayweather fight, which was an important fight in his boxing promoting career. This most recent rehab stint comes just two years after successfully completing a program for alcohol and cocaine addiction.

De La Hoya released the following statement before entering rehab almost two weeks ago,

“I explained this to Canelo, and he understood that my health and long-term recovery from my disease must come first. Thank you for your understanding. I ask for your support and privacy during this difficult time for me and my family. I’m sure he’s going to win his battle, and I’m going to win my battle.”

Apparently, the night the photos were taken was the last straw for him. It’s believed that he realized just how messed up he was after the wild party. TMZ states that no one has purchased the pictures yet, but that could change at any moment.

Honestly, I hope that no one buys the pictures. It doesn’t seem like that would be healthy for his recovery. I mean, do we really need to see someone ruining their life? Hasn’t Miley Cyrus already showed us just how painful that is?

Let’s just let the dude get the help he needs. After all, if he doesn’t recover, who will keep these awesome commercials going?
