Nick Cannon’s Health Issues Continue: Blood Clots and an Enlarged Ventricle on his Heart.
[sam id=”15″ codes=”true”]After releasing a video to convince his fans that he was “OK” Nick Cannon revealed during a radio interview that he was in the hospital again for blood clots in his lungs and an enlarged ventricle on the right side of his heart!
After his Christmas holiday kidney scare, he said that he would slow down, because his schedule was the number one contributing factor. Doctor’s reiterated that again telling him that he needed to slow down. Cannon says,
“It was quite serious. I was trying to downplay it a lot, even in my own mind,”
Luckily his kidneys are in good form and the blood clots he attributes to flying; the same thing that took rapper Heavy D’s life after returning from a long flight. Cannon explains how his lifestyle is basically killing him,
“I travel a lot. Anyone who flies a lot can be a victim to getting blood clots because it can start in your legs or your lower back (from sitting for an extended period of time). That, on top of my previous condition made me more prone to (getting blood clots),”
“I couldn’t sleep because I was in so much pain. I was having a lot of pain in my back,”
“I always took a lot of pride in working so hard and never taking a day off, But I’m learning that it isn’t the wisest thing all the time, especially being a new father. Not only wanting to spend more time with my children, but wanting to be there for my children.”

That’s true however he is old school. When the two got married there was a lot of speculation that it was for all the wrong reasons. Buy Nick busting his hump, his intentions is to leave no doubt in fans minds that he doesn’t need her money.

People just see him as the host of “AGT”, but he has his hands in a lot of areas. He’s the black Ryan Seacrest. Cannon continues his comedy by touring and last year filmed his first special, he co hosts a NY radio show on 92.3 with Nikki and Southern Sarah Lee and has a weekly countdown show. He is also a chairman at Nickelodeon and started his own record label.
Nick has proven his point he doesn’t need MC’s loot, but if he doesn’t slow down and take care of himself, he will. He will be out of commission to the point where he can’t work…then he will become the one thing he was trying to avoid…dependent. Hopefully he slows down.
