Pauly D got Paid How Much? New Lawsuit Reveals the Size of Pauly’s “D”
“D” as in dough.
Paul Del Vecchio is being sued by a company called International Creative Management. They say that they had a representation agreement with Pauly’s company Blowout Enterprises right after the Jersey Shore premiered for the first time on MTV.
The agency states that they are responsible for getting Pauly his huge paydays and in exchange for their service they would be paid 10 percent of his pay. Pauly reportedly paid this 10% fee up until Season 4. Then the checks stop.
HOW MUCH WAS PAULY MAKING FOR SEASON 4?
In trying to get at Pauly’s cash, they reveal the gritty details of Pauly Del Vecchios’ paycheck.
$100,000 for Each episode X 12 episodes = $1.2 Million dollars.
PAUSE: For clubbing, selling T-shirts, pulling pranks and smashing chicks. This is the reason why I LOVE America. And the fact that I can earn a living talking smack in my PJ’s all day. Ok….continuing on……
$400,000 Signing bonus
Additional compensation for After shows, launch specials, reunion shows and merchandising.
$200,000 Thank You Bonus
HOW MUCH WILL PAULY GET FOR SEASON 6 OF THE JERSY SHORE?
It gets even more ridiculous…wait for it….wait for it….
$175,000 for 12 episodes = $2.1 Million
OK BACK TO THE LAWSUIT
Basically ICM is saying that they are due all the money up until Season 6 because they negotiated those deals as well. They made it clear that in May 2011 their contract was formally severed.
Pauly owes the agency a total of $370,703 so far and this does not include any money yet to be earned from Season 6.
Don’t worry about Pauly. Let’s not forget besides his DJ’ing gig, his deal with 50 Cent and G-unit and his own show, I think he will be just fine.
