Watch Jay-Z’s Full Documentary: “Where I’m From: JAY Z Barclays Center”

On his birthday Jay-Z released his 24 minute documentary that shows how he helped open the Barclay’s Center and welcomed fellow Brooklynites.  If you are a Jay-Z fan you will love this, if you are not a Jay-Z fan, this will be another reason for you to hate it. The short film is reminiscent to the “Fade to Black” documentary that Jay put out when he thought he was going to retire and took cameras behind the scenes at how he sold out Madison Square Garden.

During the video you get to see just how much work is done for each show, and you also get to see and hear Jay-Z tear it down.  You feel he energy that Jay gave during that back to back to back 8 concert series and of course you get to see a little Beyonce.

Jay-Z decided to ride the subway to the last show, all of what was also caught on video.  The internet seems to be buzzing about Jay-Z meeting a lady on the train who asked if he was famous.  What the internet should have been buzzing about was how he ripped it down performing his classics.

Hate Jay all you want, if you were listening to any hip hop radio stations on Tuesday, you have to admit Jay has a “catalogue” and at one point during his career he was your favorite rapper.

The documentary shows you and glimpses of all 8 Barclay’s performances.

And now I bring you: Where I’m From: JAY Z Barclays Center Documentary
