Ann Burns Welker Goes in on Ray Lewis and Then Apologizes After Ravens Spank the Patriots
Everyone just knew that the Patriots were going to win, they just knew that another Super Bowl was in the cards for New England. What they didn’t count on is a force. That force is named Ray Lewis.
Sunday’s AFC Championship game could have been the last for Lewis but it wasn’t. Ray Lewis and the Ravens will play again. His last game will now be a Superbowl, what a story book ending.
In comes Anna Burns Welker, the wife of Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker. She was so bitter about her husband’s loss she took to facebook and went in hard at Ray Lewis. She attacked him personally.
She posted,
Proud of my husband and the Pats. By the way, if anyone is bored, please go to Ray Lewis’ Wikipedia page. 6 kids 4 wives. Acquitted for murder. Paid a family off. Yay. What a hall of fame player! A true role model!
She has since taken down the post and apologized. She issued an apology by way of Larry Brown Sports.com,
“I’m deeply sorry for my recent post on Facebook. I let the competitiveness of the game and the comments people were making about a team I dearly love get the best of me. My actions were emotional and irrational and I sincerely apologize to Ray Lewis and anyone affected by my comment after yesterday’s game.
“It is such an accomplishment for any team to make it to the NFL playoffs, and the momentary frustration I felt should not overshadow the accomplishments of both of these amazing teams.”
Too late! She let everyone know who she was and what she is. She’s a beyatch! It would be great if all the girls that her husband is banging came out of the closet. She is just lucky she is talking all this smack after the game, because if it was before – Ray would have had her husband for lunch.
Right Ray?
