Vince Vaughn’s New Mansion
The extremely successful comedian/actor Vince Vaughn is having a pretty awesome week. Vince just announced on the Ellen Show that he and his wife Kyla Weber are expecting their second child. And now we have found out that the 43-year-old actor is buying a new mansion in Southern California for a cool $3.925 million. The mansion is located in the La Canada Flintridge area and is just over 5,500 square feet, which might sound like a lot, but it’s only half the size of his old 12,000 square feet penthouse in Chicago.
It is believed Vince made the move because of his growing family. The area the mansion is located is known for its great school system and family friendly atmosphere. Something Vince and his wife will certainly be concerned with once their kids are old enough to attend school. It’s supposed to be a “quiet” neighborhood filled with several celebrities and other professionals in the “business.”
Vince’s new home has a total of five bedrooms, a formal dining area, a living room, a grand family room and a gourmet kitchen. They also have a beautiful pool and a tennis court. You can view pictures of the house by clicking here.
That house actually does look “modest” for a celebrity. He’s either growing through tough times, or he’s one of those rare celebrities who doesn’t find it necessary to brag about how much money they have.
