Kerry Washington Is Married?

Another incredibly beautiful woman is off the market. The 36-year-old actress has reportedly tied the knot with Nnamdi Asomugha, a cornerback for the San Francisco 49ers. The secret marriage went down on June 24th in a town called Hailey in the great state of Idaho.

TerezOwens was the first site to break the news about the secret wedding. On Tuesday, they reported that they had “just received news” of the marriage. Their report gained traction when Us Weekly confirmed the news, citing records that show the newlyweds filed for a marriage license in Idaho.

A rep for the clerk’s office told Us Weekly the following…

“It has been recorded in the Blaine County clerk’s office that Nnamdi Asomugha and Kerry Washington have been married on the 24th of June in the town of Hailey, Idaho.”

It’s reported that Washington’s parents were present and served as witnesses. The secret marriage comes just after one year of dating. They started seeing each other around this time last year, and apparently they really hit it off. Kerry Washington is an incredibly private type of person, so the news of a secret “wedding” is really not all that surprising.

I just wish she would have married a dude with a name that was easier to spell. Nnamdi Asomugha? Does that mean Kerry is now, Mrs. Asomugha?
