Michael Girgenti Files Lawsuit Against Kourtney Kardashian, Claims He Is Mason’s Real Father

You’ve probably heard Michael Girgenti’s name before. He’s a model who has been claiming for years that he is the real father of Kourtney’s son, Mason. Michael has been interviewed by multiple magazines on this subject before, but now he is getting serious with his claims.

It’s being reported that he has actually filed a paternity lawsuit, and is wanting joint custody of Mason. TMZ managed to get their hands on the legal documents he filed yesterday, and the documents claim he had been texting Kourtney back and forth for about three months after meeting her in August 2008.

Things got “steamy” in March when they engaged in “unprotected vaginal sex.” He even added this little gem, “I ejaculated inside (Kourtney’s) vagina.”

Fast forward almost a year later when little Mason was born and Michael says he began to see a strong resemblance. When he tried to contact Kourtney to ask her about it, she never responded or tried to contact him back. So, he started to reach out to the media in hopes that it would get her attention.

Mr. Girgenti is asking a judge to order DNA tests for Kourtney, Mason, Scott and himself. The hearing will take place sometime next month.

Well, that’s interesting. I’ve heard that ejaculating in someone’s vagina can sometimes result in a baby, so I guess he does have a case with that one. You have to be careful where you dump off that load. Sometimes it might just end up in a landfill that is already being filled with someone else’s load.
