Usher Shows Off Abs In Men’s Health, You’re Welcome Ladies

It’s no secret that Usher has a way with the ladies. Not only can he sing and dance, but he’s also in incredible shape.

The 34-year-old hit the cover of Men’s Health magazine for their 25th Anniversary issue. And the singer/songwriter might just be in the best shape of his life as he trains for his upcoming role as Sugar Ray Leonard in the new movie, ‘Hands Of Stone.’

Usher showed off what a little hard work can do…

As a straight man who only questions his sexuality sometimes, I can comfortably say that Usher looks really good here. I can only hope that when I am 34-years-old, at least one of my abs will be showing.

Usher talked with the magazine and shared just how he got those abs to pop,

“My second day I decided to ride to the gym (10 miles). So I rode there. Boxed. Rode the bike back home. Mentally, I’m the type of person who can ignore the pain. Put it somewhere else and allow my body to just go there.

But I always suffer. You can’t box, ride a bike for 20 miles in the heat–Georgia heat—and then go to the studio and rehearse. That’s not happening.”

He then explained how learning to “rest” was the most important thing for him. “Now I realize you can’t push yourself all the way. You have to pull back a little bit.” He told the magazine.

Yeah, I am sure there are millions of ladies out there who would love to help him “rest.”
