Nadya ‘Octomom’ Suleman Charged With Welfare Fraud, Could She Be Going To Jail?

‘Octomom’ is in some serious trouble today after failing to report $30,000 in earnings. The 38-year-old mother has now been charged with welfare fraud and she could face up to almost six years in jail.

So, what are the charges against her? Two counts of perjury by false application for aid and one count of aid by misrepresentation. Like we said, if she is convicted of the charges, she could be in jail for a long time.

It’s being reported that the $30,000 she failed to report was all earned between January 2013 and June 2013. Most of that $30,000 came from money she earned while doing porn and posing for naughty pictures.

According to multiple sources, Suleman’s arraignment is scheduled for Friday of this week and the District Attorney will ask the judge to set the bail at $25,000.

Since Suleman gave birth to her eight babies back in 2008, her life has been one big joke. She’s been made fun of on every website on the internet and every talk show on television. And her actions since giving birth have only made her situation worse.

At one point her debts were (allegedly) as high as $1 million, which forced her to sell her body. She began doing porn videos and even endorsing birth control for pets. Basically, she was willing to do anything for a quick buck.

It looks like she might have finally hit rock bottom.
