Miley Cyrus Talks To Ryan Seacrest About Her “Really Scary” Allergic Reaction

As we all know (thanks to her train of tweets) Miley Cyrus was in the hospital for nine days before being released five days ago on April 24. She was forced to postpone the rest of her U.S. tour.

Miley Cyrus was probably more upset about postponing the shows than her fans were. She apologized to her fans several times on Twitter, and now that she is out of the hospital, she’s ready to get back in the swing of things.

The 21-year-old entertainer talked with Ryan Seacrest on his radio show Monday, and she explained just how scary the allergic reaction was.

“It was so scary … I had basically been poisoning myself with something I didn’t know I was really scary allergic to. I was on this medicine for five days and everything was all good and on the sixth day, I just woke up … I couldn’t breath and my skin — everything — was going insane.”

She suffered a severe allergic reaction to Cephalexin. Doctors told her that a reaction as severe as hers could last for almost a month! Luckily, Miley was able to leave the hospital after just nine days, which was perfectly fine with Miley.

“I was crying because I was so bored. I’m laying here hooked to all these machines. Every two hours, some woman comes in and pokes me with a needle, just miserable.”

Poor Miley. She’s been having a rough year. First, her favorite dog dies, and then she’s forced to stay in the hospital for nine days. She really needs to start feeling better so we can start making fun of her again.

Life is just not the same without Miley Cyrus trying to catch flies with her tongue.
