Have you heard the news? Of course you have! Oprah Winfrey is apparently interested in buying the Clippers. Everyone assumes the current owner of the Clippers, Donald Sterling, will sell the team sometime in the near future.

Sterling has told reporters he has no plans to sell the team, but we all know he’s going to be forced to sell. Even if he doesn’t sell the team, he’s over the age of 80. He doesn’t have too much longer here on Earth, so it’s about time we start searching the globe for a new owner.

Oprah Winfrey.

She’s already expressed interest in buying the NBA team.

“Oprah Winfrey is in discussions with David Geffen and Larry Ellison to make a bid for the Clippers should the team become available.” A spokesperson for Oprah told ESPN.
