Mendeecee’s Brother sentenced to 5 years, Find Out why that is Bad News for Mendeecee.

Back in March after much speculation Yandy confirmed that her Boo was coming home.  She instagramed a picture of what I am assuming was her and Mendeecees getting into one of those custom Mercedes Vans.  He was definitely home; court records show that he was released on $600,000 bail.

Hopefully he is enjoying his time as a free man because come this October, it will be cut short.  His brother, who basically was arrested for the same charges was sentenced to  5 years.

According to Democrat&Chronicle the 36 year old Tyrus Harris was sentenced Monday to 5 years on drug trafficking charges.

WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH MENDEECEES

Everything!  The Harris brothers were part of a team who transported drugs from New York City to areas of Rochester, NY.  They were both doing the same, exact thing!  In fact they are both listed, along with Ronald walker on the same indictment!! [more…]

WHY WILL MENDEECEES GET MORE THAN 5 YEARS? 

Simply because he did not snitch; or plead guilty.  Mendeecess is still pleading not guilty despite Ronald Walker implicating him and basically saying that he was the brains behind the entire operation.  Walker received 10  years with a 5 year supervision.  That 10 year sentence was the result of his plea deal.  Imagine how much time Mendeecess will receive if he is convicted.  We will find out in October when he returns to court for sentencing.  If he gets 10 years, I wonder if Yandy (net worth of $15 million) will be there in the end to pick him up in another Mercedes Van.   By the time he gets out, cars might be flying.
