Drake Bell Is The Worst, Attempts To Save Himself After Transphobic Tweet

Do you know who Caitlyn Jenner is? Of course you do, but what about some douchebag named Drake Bell? If you’re over the age of 25, you probably have no idea who he is. He starred in the Nickelodeon show Drake & Josh, which I’ll admit was entertaining to watch when I was younger.

Bell hasn’t done much since the show, but he has managed to collect a healthy number of followers on Twitter. However, the actor/musician might be losing some of those followers after tweeting out the message you see below…

This was obviously directed at the new (and improved?) Caitlyn Jenner. Many people are calling it a transphobic tweet, I just call it a random thought by a horrible person. You see, it doesn’t matter if you support Caitlyn’s transformation. It doesn’t matter if you believe she did this only for attention. You should still treat her with the same respect you would anyone else.

Because just think about this for a minute. I know this might be hard to imagine, but what if you’re wrong? What if Caitlyn was truly miserable all her life because she was living this huge lie in a body she never asked for? What if she really did wake up every single day hating the person she saw in the mirror?

And now that she finally did something that makes her happy, you are going to take a sh-t all over her parade because it makes you feel uncomfortable? F–k that. Just be a decent person. No one is asking you to join Caitlyn for a fun night of pillow fights and freshly baked cookies. Just call her Caitlyn. It’s really not that hard.

By the way, Drake deleted his tweet and tried to twist the original meaning behind it. “I’m not dissing him! I just don’t want to forget his legacy! He is the greatest athlete of all time! Chill out!” He tweeted out, which doesn’t make any sense. If you’re going to be an asshole, at least claim the turds dropping out of your hole.
