FML Again! 18 Year Old Kylie Jenner Dumps Her First Mansion For an Upgrade Worth Twice as Much (15 ‘Look What Tyga Is Missing’ Photos Inside)
Just less then a year ago, I was shouting FML as we posted photos of Kylie’s new $2.7 million dollar home. She purchased it and moved in just 40 days before turning 18.
Now less than a year later, she has upgraded from a $2.7 million dollar shack to a $6 million dollar, 7,000 square foot estate.
According to TMZ she still hasn’t sold her old home in Calabasas , but she is eager to move into her new home that is located in Hidden Hills, CA.
Hidden Hills is very close to Calabasas but it’s just more exclusive; more celebrities, more posh; everything that Kylie wants to stand for. If you thought Calabasas was exclusive, fughetaboutit!! Hidden Hills is just under 2 square miles and boasts the following celebrities:
Marc Anthony, Jamie Foxx, Jennifer Lopez, The Osbournes, Denise Richards, Miley Cyrus, LeAnn Rimes and the bulk of the Kardashians: Kendall, Caitlyn Jenner, Kris Jenner, Kim and Kanye. And the list goes on.
CAN KYLIE REALLY AFFORD A $6 MILLION HOUSE?
If you are wondering if she can really afford this house….the answer is yes. Kylie has businesses and income streams that most people are not even remotely aware of.
Like what you ask? Put the lip kits aside and the modeling; she has a hair extension line with Bellami Hair that sells for $249.99 per package.
She has nail lacquers with OPI nail. Kylie and Kendall have a jewelry line with Pascal Mauawad’s Glamhouse called Heavy Metal by Kendall & Kylie.
They have a shoe and handbag collection with Steve Madden, they have a clothing company with PacSun and they have a sci-fi novel called “Rebels City of Indra”.
Let’s not forget her modeling, her Keeping Up with the Kardashians money as well as her $80,000 per Instagram post (we break that down for you), and throw in appearances, apps and emojis and suddenly $6 million dollars seems reasonable.
Convinced now that she can afford it? Good. Now let’s take a look at this monstrosity of a property.
THE HOUSE
It’s a Cape Cod styled house complete with a wine cellar, two room sized closets in the master suite, 5 additional bedrooms along with every other amenity you could think of.
Here take a look at these photos.
