The Second Teaser For The Upcoming Tupac Biopic ‘All Eyez On Me’ Has Been Released, And It Looks Great!
Fans who have been waiting patiently for the new Tupac Shakur biopic ‘All Eyez On Me‘ are going to love/hate the latest teaser trailer. It’s probably the best trailer released for the film yet, which means you’re going to have an even harder time waiting for its release in November.
Today is the 20th anniversary of the death of Tupac, so it’s nice of the filmmakers to release this new footage today. This teaser is still under that 2-minute mark, but it gives us a clearer picture of what the movie will look like, and the events it will focus on.
Demetrius Shipp Jr. stars as Tupac, and he understands how important this role is. Back in March, he talked about the movie with XXL…
I have to say that I’m a very passionate person, a person that’s very driven on integrity and my beliefs. I believe there’s definitely a similarity there. Just getting into the character, I fell in love with who he was. It was common things that were brought together with me and him, our childhood. It was a crazy thing to be able to do it.
In addition to Shipp, All Eyez On Me will also feature Jamal Woolard as The Notorious B.I.G., Danai Gurira as Afenia Shakur and Stefon Washington as Puff Daddy. Benny Boom is the director behind this project, and the release date (at least right now) looks like it will be in theaters November 11, 2016. But you might want to keep checking on that because it has changed a lot.
