Are you in need of some dating advice? Don’t worry, Harry Styles has your back. The 27-year-old singer/actor obviously has it easy with the ladies, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t collected some knowledge along the way.
During a recent tour stop in Detroit, Styles stopped his concert as he read a fan’s sign in the crowd. The sign read, “Should I text him?”
Styles responded, “I have a question: Is he nice to you? In my opinion. If you should [text him], this isn’t even a question.”
He then gave his fans a little lesson in love. He told them they should never settle for someone who doesn’t make them feel secure.
If you’re wondering if we’re playing games? If you’re wondering, should I text him? Should I not text him? Can’t text him too soon. And now I’m thinking about double texting, that’s a whole risky business … It’s a whole thing. My personal opinion is that if there’s any sort of games, trash! Trash! Trash! Not for you!
If you’re having trouble understanding him…DON’T PLAY GAMES! That’s honestly not a bad lesson. If you don’t feel secure in a relationship, if you’re not sure whether the other person feels the same, you either need to figure it out or move on.
Life is too short to be worrying about whether or not someone likes you. They’ll show you if they do.
For those who don’t know, Styles is currently in a relationship with Olivia Wilde. She has been spotted on several of his tour stops. And according to the sources, she’s been very supportive.
She was very happy for him and cheered him on. She was hardcore dancing and clearly was very supportive. She recorded him from her phone when he was singing ‘Cherry.’
Sounds like there’s no games between them.
