Justin Bieber And Alicia Keys Set To Perform At Takeoff’s Star-Studded Memorial Service

It looks like Takeoff’s friends and family are trying to put the “fun” back in funeral. It’s already been confirmed that Justin Bieber is set to perform at the rapper’s memorial service, and now we have learned Alicia Keys will as well.

The 15-time Grammy winner will perform at the memorial service, which is being called Takeoff’s Celebration of Life. The service is set to be held Friday afternoon at Atlanta’s State Farm arena. The building can hold up to 20,000 guests.

Alicia doesn’t have any solo tracks with Takeoff, but she and Migos were all featured on Kanye West’sDonda‘ album, so there does appear to be at least a little bit of a connection.

She also posted a tribute to Takeoff on Twitter after hearing about his tragic death:

If you’re wanting tickets for this memorial service, you’re probably out of luck. According to the reports, the event is already sold out, which makes sense. Who wouldn’t want to see the Biebs and Alicia Keys perform?

For those who don’t know, Takeoff was just 28-years-old when he was struck and killed by a stray bullet at a bowling alley last week. He was shot in the head and torso. The shooting allegedly took place after an argument over a dice game.

So far, no arrests have been made, but police are developing a list of suspects.
