Video Evidence From Club Proves Travis Scott Was In Complete Douchebag Mode

We told you earlier this week that Travis Scott was named a suspect by the NYPD in an assault and criminal mischief investigation. Cops were called to a nightclub in NYC at around three in the morning on Wednesday after the rapper allegedly punched a sound engineer and destroyed over $12k worth of equipment.

Scott was able to leave before cops arrived, but the engineer who was punched wants to press charges. The engineer actually went to the hospital to treat injuries he suffered to his neck.

And while the attack hasn’t been shared on camera yet, other videos from the night have been, and in most of them, Scott is acting like a huge douchebag to everyone around him. In one clip, you can see him yelling at someone onstage, telling them to “back the f**k up” while pushing against their chest.

And now, another clip has been released of Scott grabbing a fan’s phone and tossing it back at him. The video cuts out, but the man claims the phone hit him in his head, then fell to the ground and cracked the screen.

The man tells us reps for Nebula offered his table a free bottle of booze for his troubles, but he turned it down. However, he tells us he’s lawyered up — with plans to file both a police report and civil lawsuit.

At this point, I’m not sure how it would surprise anyone to learn that Scott punched a dude later in the night. He was clearly in his, “I can do whatever the f**k I want” mood.

His attorney, Mitchell Schuster, claims this whole thing is a misunderstanding that’s being blown out of proportion by the media.

We are actively working with the venue and law enforcement to resolve and set the record straight. We are confident our client will be cleared of any wrongdoing.
