What does a rich white woman’s fridge look like? We have some answers for you. On Wednesday, 50-year-old actress Cameron Diaz went on her Instagram account to give her fans a look inside her fridge.
In the video, she explained that in the summertime, she’s constantly craving something fresh and easy, which is why she has so many damn salads in her fridge.
When it comes to meals in the summertime, I am always craving something that’s like, fresh and easy — and I love a great salad.
It appears this post was a big promotion for her partnership with Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop brand. She and Goop teamed up to create her perfect salad.
It’s full of big flavors and crunch, with crisp gem lettuce, sweet-and-spicy mango slaw, crunchy snow peas, carrots, cucumbers, fresh herbs, avocado slices, and served with a side of puffed rice, candied cashews, and goop Certified Clean cashew vinaigrette. You’re going to love it!
Surprisingly, the salad is somewhat affordable. According to Goop kitchen’s website, you can get this salad for $13.95, which is a little pricey, but this is Los Angeles, and you can definitely find salads for double that price.
What’s interesting about this clip is that her fridge doesn’t look like it contains anything for a kid. For those who don’t know, she shares a 3-year-old daughter with her rock star husband, Benji Madden.
But it’s likely she either cleaned out the fridge specifically for this video, or she has multiple fridges in her home. She’s worth millions, so you know, she can afford two fridges.
According to a recent report, Cameron plans to once again retire from acting after briefly returning to star in a comedy film with Jamie Foxx.
