Oh, no. Did Selena Gomez make a horrible mistake and say “yes” to Justin Bieber? The 21-year-old singer/actress has been wearing a gold engagement ring on her left ring finger ever since she met Justin in Texas earlier this month.

Gomez hasn’t taken the gold band off since Bieber gave it to her. She even wore it to the 2014 Kids’ Choice Awards a few days ago in Los Angeles.

So what the hell is going on with the ring? Did Justin propose? Did they already get married?! Not quite. It turns out that Bieber just gave her the ring to show her how serious he is about their relationship.

“The ring was a gift from Justin, it’s not an engagement ring, but they are back on and very serious.” A source told Hollywoodlife.com

And even though millions of Jelena fans are excited about this news, Selena’s family is concerned.

“Her family is extremely worried that she’ll do something crazy like elope with him. Selena is totally wrapped back up in Justin, it’s the same pattern happening all over again.”

Who cares? Let them make mistakes. That’s what they keep whining about, right? “Wah…wah…I’m only 20! Let me make my own mistakes. What were you doing when you were my age? Huh? HUH? LEAVE ME ALONE!”
