Ashley Tisdale Is Being Sued Over A Car Accident That Happened One Year Ago… Details Inside!

Former ‘High School Musical‘ star Ashley Tisdale might be in for a lengthy court battle. According to a new report, a woman by the name of Lina Gonzales is suing the former Disney Channel star for a car accident that happened way back on Sept. 6, 2022.

The woman claims Tisdale drove in a “negligent and reckless manner” and blames her entirely for the accident, which happened on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles.

Gonzales’ attorney, Michael R. Parker, told TMZ that his client was waiting to make a left turn when Tisdale changed lanes and forced a collision.

The lawyer also alleged that Tisdale made a ‘big fuss’ and started calling Gonzales names, which were not specified. He also told the outlet that his client has ‘severe neck and back injuries’ as a result of the crash.

The lawsuit alleges Gonzales suffered wage loss, loss of use of property, hospital and medical expenses, general damage, property damage and loss of earning capacity. Parker told TMZ that his client’s medical expenses alone were north of $130,000.

It appears that the vehicle Tisdale used was either leased or rented, so the plaintiff also names those who ‘entrusted’ the car to the actress as possible co-defendants who will share the ‘responsibility’ of her injuries and damages.

Damn. She’s going after everyone! Trying to get that money! I mean, hey… it’s worth a shot, right?

Sadly, we probably won’t know the final judgment in this case until February 2025. Apparently, LA courts are pretty backed up.

Tisdale has not commented on the lawsuit, but her rep claims that Tisdale never used any aggressive words in the aftermath of the accident.

The rep instead claims that Tisdale and Gonzales immediately exchanged information and ‘moved on.’
