Eva and Tony NOT Getting Divorced!

Ok men stop sniffing around  the set of Desperate Housewives.  Eva is not divorcing Tony, so relax.  In TMZ’s haste to be the fastest with the news, they reported that Eva and Tony were breaking up.  They received news that Tony went to a Texas courthouse and filed papers.  Well that’s totally not true.  Eva Longoria’s publicists set the record perfectly straight.  After the correction, the TMZ report was now replaced with the following:

“Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas had told us the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge. But Eva’s rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer. Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she’s in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.”

Usually I’m a hater, but I would like to see Tony Parker and Eva make it.
