Why was Cheryl Cole Fired from X-factor?

Ok, first of all, Who is Cheryl Cole?

She is, or was, one of the judges of Simon Cowell’s X-Factor. There were several different rumors as to why she was fired, and it really sucks because she was a star on the UK version, and gave up that gig to make it big in the States.

Despite the lack of chemistry between her and Paula, it appears that the main reason was, her accent was too thick! As sexy as her New Castle accent is, it was just too hard to understand and she was reportedly booed by the audience. Another factor (no pun intended) is that she is relatively unknown in the states and was not being taken seriously by contestants.
Cheryl’s replacement is rumored to be Nicole Scherzinger, a former Pussycat Doll.

Cheryl will most likely return to the UK version, but is now asking for twice her previous amount.
