Vanilla Ice has some Old School hater-aide for Justin Bieber.

I think Vanilla Ice has been sipping some hater-aide.  He basically dissed Justin Beiber, telling him that he would be washed up in a few years.  Rob Van Winkle aka Vanilla Ice made some comments about the Beiber-miester that went viral, just like anything that has to do with the mini-superstar.

SO WHAT DID VANILLA ICE SAY ABOUT JUSTIN BIEBER?

If I had to summarize, basically he is saying, Justin’s star will fall and he can’t wait.  The quote from Vanilla is here:

“I mean, I did ‘Ice Ice Baby’ when I was 16. So I can kind of relate a bit… Sold over a hundred million records. And I had a weekend that lasted about three years, and I didn’t know who I was, what’s my purpose in life… So my prediction about Bieber is that he’s going to go through one of those weekends that lasts a few years because he’s had such success as a child act… You know, then something else new will come along and he’ll be forgotten and he can try to put all the pieces back together, so it’s going to be entertaining to watch.”

Wait a minute!  Did Vanilla Ice really sell 100 Million records…Wait a minute.  BRB.

Wow – I just went to Wikipedia and it blew my mind.  I had no idea that Suge Knight basically shook Vanilla ice down for the rights to “Ice ice Baby”.

Threatened to throw him off a balcony.  He used that money to fund Death Row!

Dayyyummm!!!

Like Bieber Ice also had a movie and at what I call the lowest point of his career, he drove a motorcycle through a wall of fire.  Wow!

He also had the first single by any rapper to hit #1 in the US, however there is no substantiation that he sold over a hundred million recoreds. Cool as Ice sold only 7 Million (which was is a ton!).

After the viral comments and the backlash – with an album due to be released this year, he figured he should do some damage control and clean up a little.

I think he’s talented. What you guys might have picked up on is that I was giving him advice — when you’re a child star, it’s hard to figure out your purpose in life. Not just with me, but if you follow other child stars, like Britney Spears, who’s now doing great. There’s a transitional period after such tremendous success that you have to figure out your life. There’s a real life after all this entertainment.

Smooth move Vanilla.  Way to do damage control.  The last thing you need is One Hundred Thousand mini Bieber fans talking smack about you on facebook and Twitter.

Word to your mother!

How about a little Vanilla Ice Spoof by Jim Carey!
