Andy Dick Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Sexual Abuse Charges
I had no idea that Any Dick was in trouble. He’s actually in BIG trouble. Felony sexual abuse charges trouble. That’s like the worst kind if you ask me.
His trial date will be on Jan. 17th after submitting to an on the spot urine test at the Huntington, West Virginia, courthouse. Although the urine test is standard for all defendants, the judge expressed that he thought that Andy might indeed be on drugs. Judge Paul Farrell warned Andy that he would be released on bail now but he would be lock up if he was on drugs or alcohol during pre-trial time.
Andy Dick replied.
“I understand. I’ve been sober,”
So What The Heck Did Andy Dick Do?
Well technically he’s not guilty yet, but he’s charged with grabbing a bouncer’s crotch and groping and kissing a male patron in a Huntington Bar. The incident happened almost a year and a half ago in January 2010.
This is just par for the course. Andy has been spiraling downward. In 2008 he was charged with being drunk and disorderly, this year he was sued by a Texan who said that he flashed his privates during a performance.
Any better slow is roll because the charges are getting increasingly serious. I’m surprised his remained out of jail, but his lucky streak may be over. Crouch grabbing and kissing dudes will be a handy skill set when he’s lock up with Bubba.
