Tiger Woods Tell All Book to be Released by Swing Coach Hank Haney – One Week Before The Masters!
The book title doesn’t refer to Tiger’s personal life, his marriage or Jacks record that Tiger is chasing, but the shot that Tiger feared the most. As described on the Random House website,
“Always haunting Tiger was his fear of ‘the big miss’ – the wildly inaccurate golf shot that can ruin an otherwise solid round, It was because that type of blunder was sometimes part of Tiger’s game that Hank carefully redesigned his swing mechanics.”
If you are wondering if this will interfere with Tiger’s comeback trail, maybe. The book is scheduled to be released on March 27th, just one week before the 2012 Masters, Tiger’s next Major.
If there is anyone qualified to write such an intimate portrayal of Tiger, it’s Hank.
Haney was with Woods for 110 days a year, spoke to him for more than 200 days a year and stayed at the player’s Florida home for up to 30 days a year.
Despite Haney’s abrupt separation with Tiger after the 2010 Masters, he has always been very positive in his depiction of their relationship. He saw the pairing as “a dream come true”.
I suspect the book to be a positive representation, letting the public in on a Tiger Woods that we don’t see, but only hear about. A Tiger who’s work ethic was (and is), second to none.
IS TIGER GOING TO BE PISSED?
“If he reads it, I don’t think it will be a book that bothers him. It’s hard to say, I think anybody who reads it will think it’s interesting, very fair and honest, and that’s what I wanted to do. I was on that job for six years.
You make a lot of observations.”
Haney stays away from the adulterous affairs only as it relates to Tiger’s comeback, and remained very tight lipped about the details of the details. As a huge Tiger Fan, my Kindle is primed and ready. Haney wouldn’t elaborate too much, stating that it’s all in the book!.
