Will Smith Learned About His “Divorce” Via Google Alert

Did you know that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are getting a divorce? No? Neither did Will or Jada!

Will Smith was on Queen Latifah’s new talk show the other day and he revealed a pretty hilarious story. As you all know, there are always reports going round claiming that his marriage with Jada is close to being over.

However, one time it just became too much for the 44-year-old to handle. He claims that he was laying in bed with his wife one night when he received a very alarming Google Alert,

“Like a year ago, there were all these rumors that me and Jada were getting a divorce. So I get the Google Alert, I’m laying in bed…with Jada. It says, ‘Jada Pinkett Smith files for divorce.’ So I’m like, ‘This is crazy!’”

After sharing the hilarious story, he did admit that being married is not easy.

“It’s hard in relationships in general when people expect it to be easy. It’s not easy. It’s the individual most difficult thing that you’re ever going to do in your life.”

Well, thanks for scaring me out of ever getting married, Will! That sounds horrible. I think I will just continue my relationship with my hand and call it a day.
