The Jonas Brothers Talk Gay Rumors and Miley Cyrus

The Jonas Brothers are making a comeback and they’re ready to shock the world by jumping out of the closet!

Wait, scratch that last part. The Jo Bros talked with Out Magazine recently and it turns out that they are not gay! Who knew?

Joe Jonas had this to say about the gay rumors following the band around,

“We have a lot of gay friends and gay fans. It’s a boy band stereotype; people assume, but we don’t take offense.”

And little brother Nick added to the conversation,

“Prior to us being a band, I was a super theater geek. I loved theater and I still do, and I care about fashion, and I care about a lot of things that I feel like stereotypes are attached to.”

You may notice Kevin didn’t say much about the rumors. I know he’s married and his wife is pregnant, but I still think he’s secretly in the closet. Not that there is anything wrong with that, I’m just saying it seems like he might be hiding something. I’m sure he’ll come out when the time is right.

Anyway, the brothers also talked about Miley Cyrus’ VMA performance. Nick, who dated Miley Cyrus at one point, told the magazine the following,

“She’s very smart. We’ve always known that about her. She’ll always be successful. (The performance) was funny – I was laughing.”

Joe Jonas wasn’t quite as impressed,

“It wasn’t my favorite performance of hers. I think that there’s one way of saying you’ve grown up, and there’s another way — I think that’s her way.”

Aw, what a nice of saying that he thought her performance was terrible.
