Howard Stern’s Co-Host Robin Quivers Finally Returns After Battle With Cancer

We have some very good news to share with you all this Friday. Howard Stern’s long-time co-host Robin Quivers returned to the morning radio show after a long 17 month battle with uterine cancer.

She had been working remotely on the show while she received treatment, but yesterday was her first time back in the studio. It took four rounds of chemotherapy and radiation to beat the cancer, but she has finally been cured.

Stern welcomed her back to the studio with “triumphant music” and even rose petals. Quivers talked about how great it felt to be back in the studio,

“It’s pretty amazing. I was brushing my teeth this morning and thinking about going back on the air for the first time after surgery and now incredibly difficult that was. And today not feeling anything at all. It was just a normal day. You can get up and brush your teeth, throw on your clothes and run out the door.”

Her comeback made fans of the controversial radio show extremely happy, but no one was happier than Howard Stern. He once said that he would “quit” if she couldn’t do the show anymore.

Yesterday, he expressed just how grateful he was to have her back…

“I could never be without you again. Seriously, I’ve been praying for this day and I’m really happy that you are here and it makes me very, very happy. This is a pretty remarkable day.”

Awesome news! It just goes to show you that you should never give up in life. Times might get tough, but it is usually all worth it in the end.
