Cosby saga continues with new lawsuit

It looks like Bill Cosby’s problems aren’t over yet. The embattled star just received a new lawsuit from Sammy Davis Jr.’s ex Katherine McKee. McKee filed a lawsuit against Cosby, stating the attack happened in 1974, when she went to Cosby’s hotel room and was attacked by the star.

The statute of limitations ran on the rape allegation, but when McKee came forward in 2014, Cosby’s lawyers labelled her a liar. So she moved forward with a defamation suit.

The specific amount she’s seeking wasn’t listed, but the amount in the lawsuit states they’re seeking damages above $75,000. The lawsuit comes on the heels of another, which is the eighth filed by Cosby against women who’ve accused him of sexual assault. His most recent suit accuses model of Beverly Johnson of defamation.
