Awww. Tyra Banks Shares First Picture of Baby York.
Yeah, we brought into the whole “first picture of baby” thing . Why not, it was Valentine’s Day and I was feeling sappy, not to mention it is Tyra Banks! Even at 42 years old, she is hotter than most, so our expectation is that her baby is going to be this gorgeous super being. Right?
For those who didn’t even know that Tyra was pregnant, don’t worry. You didn’t miss anything. She used a surrogate after her and her Norwegian boyfriend Erick Asla struggled trying to get pregnant. She announced the birth on Instagram and quite frankly had everyone surprised.
The best present we worked and prayed so hard for is finally here. He’s got my fingers and big eyes and his daddy Erik’s mouth and chin.
As we thank the angel of a woman that carried our miracle baby boy for us, we pray for everyone who struggles to reach this joyous milestone. York Banks Asla, welcome to the world.
Then yesterday Tyra debuted the first photo of her Baby and I must say it is adorable.

Of course that got everyone wondering who this Erick Asla dude really is. He is 51 years old and definitely not a model. He is a photographer and from his website he appears to do good work. If you like the rugged, weather beaten type ala Gordon Ramsey then you might think he is hot, if you are me (a very heterosexual male) then you just think he has had a rough 51 years.
Tyra with a height of 5′ 10″ has a narrow filed of men which to pool from. Besides being tall she is rich, making the pool of eligible men even smaller. At age 42, her NBA trolling days are over and quite frankly she is now out earning most players anyway. With a net worth estimated at $90 million, finances are not a worry so she can focus on height and compatibility. Asla is definitely height appropriate, lets just hope he is compatible.
