After announcing her divorce from tennis star Ryan Sweeting, despite signing a pre-nup, Ryan submitted a request to the court for spousal support,…for under 2 years of marriage.
The two got married on New Year’s Eve of 2013 and announced their separation September of 2015. That sounds a lot longer than it really is. New Year’s Eve 2013 is really January 1st 2014.

For a couple to announce separating, you have to imagine that things have to be going bad for at least a few months, which would mean that their wedding bliss only lasted 16 months or so; then a few months of trying to work things out, and then filing for divorce.
