Watch: Nick Cannon Officially Calls Eminem to Battle Him for $100,000 At this Year’s BET Awards. (Video)

Nick is trying to put a long time rivalry to bed.  He and Eminem had beef when Eminem made a diss track about his then wife Mariah Carey.  The track was called “The Warning” and it was in direct response to Mariah’s first attack “Obsessed”.

The diss track is brutal and Nick’s name is mentioned a least 8 times.  For those who don’t quite remember how brutal it was, here’s a refresher.  Ouch!

Apparently Nick hasn’t forgotten and wants to settle the score.  Cannon says that he is hosting a rap battle at the same time as the BET awards and each competitor will have to put up $100,000 and he is personally inviting Eminem.

During this recent interview with Tim West Wood Nick talks says that he is not only calling out Eminem but Tyga and Slaughterhouse as well.

I done reached out to Tyga. He didn’t want it.  I went to all Slaughterhouse. I did it like Mortal Kombat, I said I’ll take all of them out to get to the boss.

Fortunately for Nick I don’t think anyone is taking him too seriously including Tim Westwood but I would watch Eminem rip Nick Cannon to shreds.  It would be the highest rated BET Awards since the day of Biggie.
