The Bieber has definitely gone off the deep end but never like this. He actually threw the first punch.
The person that Bieber fought might be a 6’ 5” local named Lamont Richmond. This information is still being verified. Lamont says that he just asked Justin for an autograph and that’s when the fight broke out.
Justin is only 5’ 9” and the person in the video appears to be about 5 inches or so taller that would put Justin’s opponent at 6’ 2” so it is not a stretch for the person to really be 6’5”.
He said that he was having a friendly conversation with Justin when he asked for an autograph and that’s when Justin said,

You can see the first push came from Justin, then Bieber hauled back and threw the first punch. That moment, is when Justin knew he made a huge mistake. He was then wrestled to the ground like a tackle dummy. And of course TMZ has everything on tape.
