Nicki Minaj Is Getting Blasted After She Posted An Instagram Video Mocking Mentally Ill Woman (VIDEO + REACTION)
There have been times where people questioned Nicki Minaj’s sanity. She’s done some pretty crazy sh*t before, so you would think she would be sympathetic toward those suffering from mental illness.
But that doesn’t appear to be the case. The 33-year-old rapper was in Miami Beach the other day when she noticed a mentally ill woman shouting and talking to herself on the side of the street. Minaj, from inside her vehicle, laughed at the lady, and when the woman starts to walk away, she calls her back: “Miss, what did I do? Can we talk?”

Local residents claim the woman is known in the area and she is mentally ill. Multiple users on Instagram came to the woman’s defense and criticized Minaj for posting such a ridiculous video.
“I love how you think this is appropriate to show all the young followers that look up to you. That dehumanizing is ok and bullying… then you have the nerve to laugh… smh.”
“You can clearly tell this woman has [a] mental illness and didn’t want to be filmed period. If I was u Nicki I would remove this post, I know u didn’t know she was sick.”
“Nobody would make fun of a cancer patent, and mental illness is an illness like any other.”
It’s interesting that she hasn’t removed the video yet. It’s almost up to 2 million hits on Instagram. Almost 2 million people have seen Minaj making fun of a mentally ill woman.
I’m sure there will be some video in a few days showing Minaj hugging this lady, maybe hooking her up with a stay in a hotel or something, to make herself look good. The damage is done, though. This clip says a lot about Nicki. The fact that her first reaction was to laugh at this lady? That’s sad.
And she’s not the only one who responds to mentally ill people on the streets this way. I’ve seen it a few times while walking the streets of LA.
